Emotional Mode
Goal: shape perception before information.
Tools: narrative, imagery, pacing, ambiguity.
Outcome: desire, curiosity, brand attachment.
System Mode
Goal: reduce complexity in high-information environments.
Tools: IA, flows, hierarchy, interaction logic.
Outcome: speed, clarity, efficiency.
Immersive Mode
Goal: design behavior in non-traditional environments.
Tools: spatial UX, interaction loops, onboarding systems.
Outcome: understanding, confidence, adoption.
