Interface design for SIW Cargo, an international logistics and shipping endeavour.

The interface was designed both in Light and Dark themes, to provide flexibility of use and better adaptation to possible lighting conditions.

Problem
Logistics teams relied on fragmented workflows and information spread across multiple systems, making shipment tracking and operational decision-making inefficient.

Goal
Provide a centralized platform that improved visibility, reduced operational friction, and supported faster decision-making.

Constraints
- Complex operational workflows
- High-volume data environments
- Diverse stakeholder needs
- Requirement for accuracy and reliability

Research
Mapped existing workflows and identified critical pain points across shipment management, reporting, and operational monitoring. Analyzed how users interacted with information under time-sensitive conditions.
Solution
Designed a dashboard-driven experience that prioritized critical information, reduced unnecessary complexity, and surfaced actionable insights. Established a modular design system to support consistency across the platform.
Outcome
- Improved operational visibility
- Reduced time required to locate critical information
- Increased efficiency across daily workflows
- Enabled more confident decision-making through clearer data presentation
